About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the organization’s Quality Improvement program through reliable data collection, validation, analysis, and structured improvement support
  • Develops foundational capability in measurement for improvement, variation analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting frontline teams in advancing patient safety, quality outcomes, experience, and operational performance
  • Collects, abstracts, validates, and maintains accurate datasets in support of quality and patient safety initiatives
  • Develops basic run charts, dashboards, and visual displays to support performance monitoring and improvement efforts
  • Monitors process and outcome measures under the guidance of senior quality team members
  • Supports improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as PDSA, Lean, or A3, with clinical or operational input as appropriate
  • Assists in regulatory readiness and quality reporting activities
  • Prepares routine reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for quality committees and leadership
  • Supports quality reviews of clinical and operational performance indicators under guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Nursing required
  • Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire
  • Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
  • Foundational knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and patient safety principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Foundational analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with data visualization tools preferred
