About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the organization’s Quality Improvement program through reliable data collection, validation, analysis, and structured improvement support
Develops foundational capability in measurement for improvement, variation analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting frontline teams in advancing patient safety, quality outcomes, experience, and operational performance
Collects, abstracts, validates, and maintains accurate datasets in support of quality and patient safety initiatives
Develops basic run charts, dashboards, and visual displays to support performance monitoring and improvement efforts
Monitors process and outcome measures under the guidance of senior quality team members
Supports improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as PDSA, Lean, or A3, with clinical or operational input as appropriate
Assists in regulatory readiness and quality reporting activities
Prepares routine reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for quality committees and leadership
Supports quality reviews of clinical and operational performance indicators under guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Nursing required
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire
Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
Foundational knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and patient safety principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Foundational analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with data visualization tools preferred
