Vice President

• Design and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy that advances OUES’s mission and FY26–FY30 strategic goals
• Drive balance across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs to ensure portfolio health and revenue sustainability
• Anticipate market shifts through forecasting, scenario planning, and competitive analysis
• Build and scale enrollment functions from the ground up, establishing infrastructure, processes, and high-performance culture
• Oversee admissions and recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless, student-first journey from inquiry to enrollment
• Manage department budgets and P&Ls, aligning investment with enrollment and revenue targets
• Meet and exceed high growth goals by program, college, and overall portfolio
• Lead multiple collaborative workstreams—across marketing, student success, technology, and academic partners—to ensure timely execution of initiatives
• Leverage and optimize technology (CRM, SIS, analytics platforms) for insight, efficiency, and impact
• Champion a data-first culture: use dashboards, predictive modeling, and funnel analytics to drive decisions
• Monitor KPIs across the full student lifecycle (lead generation, admit-to-yield, commit-to-start, retention)
• Translate analytics into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and university stakeholders
• Serve as the enrollment voice within OUES leadership, collaborating with the Provost, Deans, and central OU partners
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing, student success, and academic strategy leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to student acquisition and retention
• Represent OU externally with prospective students, families, and key partners, embodying OU’s mission and values

Vice President, Enrollment

Account Manager

• Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships & Workforce Engagement to lead OU Online’s efforts to cultivate and convert employer partnerships into high-quality student pipelines.
• This is a business development leadership role focused on building, nurturing, and scaling corporate and workforce relationships that generate enrollment, create shared value, and advance the University of Oklahoma’s mission to serve learners across the state and beyond.
• Work with chambers of commerce, corporate HR and L&D leaders, healthcare systems, tribal governments, and state agencies to co-design partnerships that lead directly to learner engagement and enrollment.
• Lead partnership strategy, identify high-potential industries, and secure tuition benefits partnerships, workforce training programs, and custom educational offerings.
• Create scalable onboarding and servicing approaches for employer partners—ensuring clear alignment between workforce needs and OU Online offerings.
• Represent OU Online at workforce councils, chambers of commerce, and employer roundtables.
• Serve as the senior relationship owner for key employer accounts, build trust, and co-create solutions over time.
• Partner with marketing and admissions to build outreach strategies that activate employees within partner organizations.
• Establish and run a structured account management model, with regular partner check-ins, outcomes tracking, and cross-sell opportunities for additional programs or cohorts.
• Translate partner insights into program innovation opportunities (e.g., new certificates, flexible learning formats, micro-credentials).

• Qualifications
• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, workforce development, or business development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling employer partnerships that drive enrollment, revenue, or workforce outcomes.
• Based in the state of Oklahoma (Norman, Oklahoma City, Tulsa)
• Preferred:
• Master’s degree in business, Higher Education, or Public Administration.
• Familiarity with Guild, InStride, Coursera for Business, or similar employer-facing models.
• Knowledge of Oklahoma’s business, tribal, and public workforce landscape.
