• Own paid media strategy, performance oversight, and KPI management across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads
• Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media agencies, while retaining ultimate ownership on strategy, priorities, and outcomes
• Assess campaign performance against defined KPIs such as CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality, and drive corrective action when needed

Senior Paid Media Strategist

• Manage complex calendars for designated SLT members, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of meetings
• Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, 1:1s, and group sessions, ensuring logistics are prepared in advance
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, MS Teams links, room reservations, and follow-up communications
• Draft and send scheduling-related and internal communications on behalf of SLT members

• Serve as the primary Student Success liaison to OU Advising, colleges, and academic departments for matters associated with student registration and progression

• Surface and resolve cross-institutional friction points impacting undergraduate student progression
• Represent Student Success in program- and college-level operational meetings
• Lead day-to-day execution of the Student Success operating model for online undergraduate programs
