About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, develop, implement and monitor OTUS's marketing plan, aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines.
  • Coordinate the execution of digital, institutional and commercial marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.
  • Prioritize requests, organize the activity backlog and optimize the team's workflows.
  • Work in close partnership with the Commercial team to build and optimize the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, brand positioning and commercial strategies.
  • Support the generation of qualified leads (MQLs) and run acquisition, nurturing and conversion campaigns.
  • Participate in alignment meetings with the Commercial team and Executive Management to analyze results and define strategies.
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of institutional, commercial, educational and branding campaigns, including promotion of company events, and support sponsorship and partnership acquisition for initiatives.
  • Ensure OTUS’s presence and positioning across digital channels.
  • Supervise the production of technical and institutional content aimed at a B2B audience.
  • Safeguard the consistency of visual identity, tone of voice and brand communications.
  • Manage marketing metrics and KPIs, monitoring campaign and channel performance.
  • Analyze performance data and propose strategic adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare management reports and present results to Executive Management.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering organization and clarity of roles.
  • Allocate priorities and backlog items among team members.
  • Coordinate external vendors, ensuring quality and adherence to strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization completed or in progress is desirable.
  • Experience in leadership positions within Marketing, preferably in B2B environments, service companies or engineering/construction firms.
  • Strategic marketing planning and management
  • B2B business knowledge and market vision
  • Management of physical, digital and institutional campaigns
  • Digital platforms and marketing tools
  • CRM and marketing automation (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot or similar)
