About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of sales concepts and business initiatives within the NeuroRehabilitation channel
- Collaborate with HQ and local stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation across international markets
- Gather customer, market, and stakeholder insights and translate them into recommendations that support continuous improvement of the sales concepts
- Plan and support congress participation and other customer-facing events
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Patient Care, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic priorities
- Coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of defined objectives
- Support the development and sharing of best practices, tools, and frameworks to enable successful implementation across markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial excellence, marketing, project management, clinical support, or a related role within healthcare or medical devices
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations and business initiatives
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Experience in training, education, congress management, or customer engagement activities is considered an advantage
