About the role
- Advise and support business units and key users in the further development and optimization of end-to-end business processes in the customer service and plant maintenance area
- Analyze customer requirements and service notifications, develop solution concepts and configure tools and processes based on SAP standard, SAP add-ons and in-house developments
- Coordinate and lead (international) Customer Service and Plant Maintenance SAP projects
- Manage the deployment of internal and external resources for projects, changes and support in the customer service and plant maintenance area
- Create and maintain system documentation
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience and extensive SAP Customer Service and/or SAP Plant Maintenance customizing experience
- Additional SAP process knowledge in Sales, Logistics and Production
- Relevant SAP certifications are desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English
