About the role

  • You lead demanding development projects across all phases: from project initiation, requirements analysis and planning through design and implementation to Go-Live
  • You take leadership of the cross-functional project team
  • You are responsible for stakeholder, risk and change management and for communication with multi-site, international teams
  • You work on exciting, agile projects in a medical environment
  • You coordinate software and app development with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Product Managers in agile and hybrid projects
  • You organize, facilitate and document project governance/control meetings and are also responsible for knowledge transfer and project documentation

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline
  • At least three years of professional experience managing complex projects in a globally operating company
  • Solid hands-on experience with traditional and agile project management methods such as Scrum and SAFe, as well as tools like Azure DevOps in software development projects
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Very good command of English and German; French is a plus
