About the role

  • Local administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and support for local rollouts of Salesforce sprint releases
  • Planning, management and implementation of IT and CRM projects, particularly requirements management and creation of use cases
  • Preparation of project plans, status reports and decision documents
  • Training and support of key users in Sales and Marketing, including creation of training materials, guidelines and best practices
  • Conceptualization and distribution of the internal Marketing & Sales Technology newsletter
  • Establishment, maintenance and further development of a Marketing & Sales Technologies SharePoint

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in CRM and Salesforce environments, with practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Power User
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in project management and requirements management for IT projects
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP and/or Pimcore is desirable
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style, with strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and technical understanding
  • Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
