About the role
- Support in planning, organizing and conducting career-orientation activities such as fairs and school visits
- Manage the application process for student interns, i.e., screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and preparing contracts
- Maintain contact with teachers, students and, where applicable, legal guardians
- Assist with placement and scheduling of students in various company departments
- Support the training team with a variety of tasks related to vocational training
- Initiate and prepare employment references
- Take on small projects (e.g., creating learning/training videos)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business/Economics, or a related field
- Some professional experience in administrative tasks, ideally in an HR environment
- Willingness to travel to Duderstadt 1–2 times per week
- Friendly and open-minded individual who enjoys working with apprentices and students
- Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German
- Conscientious and reliable working style
