About the role

  • Support in planning, organizing and conducting career-orientation activities such as fairs and school visits
  • Manage the application process for student interns, i.e., screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and preparing contracts
  • Maintain contact with teachers, students and, where applicable, legal guardians
  • Assist with placement and scheduling of students in various company departments
  • Support the training team with a variety of tasks related to vocational training
  • Initiate and prepare employment references
  • Take on small projects (e.g., creating learning/training videos)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business/Economics, or a related field
  • Some professional experience in administrative tasks, ideally in an HR environment
  • Willingness to travel to Duderstadt 1–2 times per week
  • Friendly and open-minded individual who enjoys working with apprentices and students
  • Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German
  • Conscientious and reliable working style
