About the role

  • In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the logistical processes within Individual Fabrication (iFAB) and ensuring optimal deployment of personnel and equipment to deliver high-quality products to our customers on schedule.
  • Conceptual development and continuous improvement of the logistical infrastructure and processes in the iFAB area
  • Integration of the logistics and administration functions within a single team, including the disciplinary and technical leadership of approximately 10 people
  • Coordination of optimal personnel and equipment deployment
  • Ensuring the timely dispatch of customer orders, the provision of materials to the producing sister departments, and the receiving of goods
  • Independently taking on general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a logistics environment and in the conceptual development and improvement of logistical infrastructure and processes
  • Qualification as a logistics specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) including advanced training to Meister level or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in the disciplinary and technical management of teams of around 10 people
  • Strong SAP knowledge and everyday use of common MS Office programs
  • High degree of willingness to embrace change, strong organizational skills and a quality-conscious approach
  • Very good German and good English skills
