About the role
- Responsibility for demanding regional projects in HKLS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems — HVAC & plumbing) with a focus on industrial clients and the pharmaceutical sector
- Leadership of the service department with an emphasis on industrial and pharmaceutical customers
- Direct customer support and long-term customer relationship management
- Acquisition of new clients as well as costing and preparation of proposals (service, refurbishment, maintenance)
- Development of smart, energy-efficient solutions in collaboration with our project managers
- Technical and commercial management of refurbishment and service projects
- Organization and supervision of emergency and on-call services
- Budget responsibility, team leadership and personnel development — all in your hands!
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or completed training as a technician/master with relevant professional experience
- Industry knowledge in TGA (building services engineering) and a good professional network (e.g., VDMA, AMEV, VDI)
- Confident knowledge of standards and regulations, as well as VOB and BGB
- Strong communication skills, negotiating ability and leadership competence
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
