About the role
- Creation and delivery of training sessions and workshops for our CAD users
- Further development of CAD software
- Advising and supporting our CAD users and project teams in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in their projects
- Developing BIM strategies, standards and workflows
- Monitoring and overseeing BIM implementation, including quality assurance of models, standards and data management
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Completed vocational/technical training or a university degree
- Knowledge of model-based planning and CAD modeling
- Ideally proficient in MicroStation / CARF, Revit or similar CAD/BIM software
- Expertise in the digital process within the BIM methodology
- Communication and presentation skills to convey complex topics clearly
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
