About the role
- Support our BIM team in assisting CAD users (administration, software development, maintenance of CAD/BIM standards, training, workshops and support).
- Create and deliver training sessions and workshops for our CAD users.
- Further develop CAD software in the area of electrical engineering.
- Advise and support our CAD users and project teams in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Develop BIM strategies, standards and workflows.
- Monitor and control BIM implementation, including quality assurance of models, standards and data management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Completed vocational/technical training or a degree in electrical engineering
- Experience with model-based planning and CAD modeling
- Ideally proficient in MicroStation/CARF, Revit or similar CAD/BIM software
- Expert knowledge of the digital processes in the BIM methodology
- Communication and presentation skills to convey complex topics clearly
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
