About the role

  • Cascade business insight through the revenue organization, ensuring accuracy and timely dissemination of information.
  • Represent the Sales team and provide critical input in monthly S&OP and demand planning sessions.
  • Identify areas of sales operations improvement; develop and lead initiatives to optimize operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive accountability on key deliverables such as data input requests and forecast deadlines to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead critical meetings for the revenue team, including revenue tracking and GTM milestones providing key data metrics.
  • Continuously analyze internal processes to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement solutions.
  • Effectively communicate key updates including KPIs, milestones, and upcoming deliverables across the revenue organization.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic initiatives, go-to-market planning, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business is preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience including sales, data analysis, and/or business operations is required.
  • Experience with sales operations at a consumer product company highly preferred.
