Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Retain current clients
- Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals.
- You’ll be involved in both New and Renewal marketing.
- Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits.
- Grow accounts by seeing cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits)
- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carrier rating systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent
- Experienced in Commercial insurance (minimum of 2 years required)
- Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list
- Great at helping clients over the phone, in emails, or in person in a timely manner
- Comfortable with computers and software - knowing Applied Epic is a BIG plus, but not required
