About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to and engage qualified leads generated by the Marketing team;
  • Conduct consultative outreach to understand leads' profiles, timing, and needs;
  • Schedule qualified opportunities for the Closers team;
  • Execute strategic follow-ups to prevent no-shows and increase meeting attendance;
  • Keep leads warm throughout the pre-sales journey;
  • Use CRM and productivity tools to organize the pipeline and account portfolio;
  • Meet and exceed targets for scheduling, conversion, and performance;
  • Operate aligned with a performance-driven culture, healthy competitiveness, and meritocracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (required);
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, pre-sales, or commercial roles is a plus;
  • Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and a consultative approach;
  • Pipeline organization, disciplined follow-up, and familiarity with CRM and sales tools are a plus;
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing a career in sales.
