About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to and engage qualified leads generated by the Marketing team;
- Conduct consultative outreach to understand leads' profiles, timing, and needs;
- Schedule qualified opportunities for the Closers team;
- Execute strategic follow-ups to prevent no-shows and increase meeting attendance;
- Keep leads warm throughout the pre-sales journey;
- Use CRM and productivity tools to organize the pipeline and account portfolio;
- Meet and exceed targets for scheduling, conversion, and performance;
- Operate aligned with a performance-driven culture, healthy competitiveness, and meritocracy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (required);
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, pre-sales, or commercial roles is a plus;
- Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and a consultative approach;
- Pipeline organization, disciplined follow-up, and familiarity with CRM and sales tools are a plus;
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing a career in sales.
