About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce high-quality video and visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Transform interviews, executive messaging, event coverage, product demonstrations, colleague stories, and existing assets into compelling visual content
  • Apply editorial judgment to pacing, narrative flow, graphics, sound, and audience engagement
  • Create and optimize content for executive communications, social media, internal communications, digital signage, events, and web platforms
  • Adapt content across channels for audience behavior, technical requirements, accessibility, and communication goals
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets
  • Apply motion graphics, animation, captions, subtitles, sound design, visual effects, and brand elements
  • Develop knowledge of Otis products, services, customers, and strategic priorities
  • Identify storytelling opportunities and collaborate with communications partners
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools across ideation, editing, transcription, localization, captioning, asset discovery, versioning, and production workflows
  • Manage review cycles through Frame.io and maintain organized files, assets, and archives in Bynder and other content management systems
  • Collaborate with Creative Services, communications partners, executives, subject matter experts, regional teams, and external vendors
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while incorporating feedback and maintaining creative quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years of professional video editing experience in corporate communications, global brands, agencies, production companies, or similar environments
  • Exceptional video editing, visual storytelling, pacing, narrative development, and editorial judgment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience creating content for social media, executive communications, internal platforms, events, and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific formats, accessibility requirements, captions, subtitles, and localization
  • Ability to translate business objectives and creative direction into compelling visual storytelling
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted creative tools
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing assets, review cycles, and multiple deliverables
  • Experience with Frame.io and digital asset management platforms such as Bynder
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting, audio capture, motion graphics, animation, or sound design is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, Media Arts, Digital Media, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Industry-recognized certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud, video production, post-production, motion graphics, or related tools are a plus
