About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with engineering and product management leads to design and configure estimating and ordering system product logic
Manage factory product cost, labor, and local purchases configuration
Coordinate system enhancements and bug resolution via ServiceNow ticket system
Support testing for quarterly global system releases and manage issue resolution
Serve as the product subject matter expert and support functional groups
Drive continuous improvement of eLog and product simplification
Support eLogistics product training and manage product help files

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience designing and deploying complex CPQ logic
Strong knowledge of elevator systems and components
Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into configuration rules
Effective problem-solver with troubleshooting experience
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field experience preferred
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
