About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with engineering and product management leads to design and configure estimating and ordering system product logic
- Manage factory product cost, labor, and local purchases configuration
- Coordinate system enhancements and bug resolution via ServiceNow ticket system
- Support testing for quarterly global system releases and manage issue resolution
- Serve as the product subject matter expert and support functional groups
- Drive continuous improvement of eLog and product simplification
- Support eLogistics product training and manage product help files
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying complex CPQ logic
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems and components
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into configuration rules
- Effective problem-solver with troubleshooting experience
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field experience preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
