About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with engineering and product management leads to design and configure estimating and ordering system product logic
  • Manage factory product cost, labor, and local purchases configuration
  • Coordinate system enhancements and bug resolution via ServiceNow ticket system
  • Support testing for quarterly global system releases and manage issue resolution
  • Serve as the product subject matter expert and support functional groups
  • Drive continuous improvement of eLog and product simplification
  • Support eLogistics product training and manage product help files

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying complex CPQ logic
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems and components
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into configuration rules
  • Effective problem-solver with troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field experience preferred
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
