About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively participate in the local Operating Unit's executive committee.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges and technology needs.
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and global digital teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Regularly communicate project progress, key milestones and associated risks to stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential risks related to digital projects and work cross-functionally to develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in business relationship management, digital transformation or IT project governance.
- Strong knowledge of Finance environments (financial reporting, management control, accounting...) and HR (HRIS, talent management, payroll...).
- Ability to simplify technical topics and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking.
- Influence leadership, cross-functional collaboration and ability to mobilize global teams.
- Fluent English.
