About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
- Work within your defined geographical area/territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
- Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
- Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
- Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold NVQ3 in Lifts maintenance mechanics in your country
- Hold a drivers license
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
- Committed professional with safety as a priority
- Comfortable communicating to others
- Curious, adaptable, able to work alone or in a team
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
