About the role
- Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved
- Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials
- Improving efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates
- Managing labor and material investments within budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required or currently pursuing degree which must be awarded prior to start date in summer 2026)
- Construction management majors are preferred
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
