About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects
- Ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction on multiple new construction projects
- Deliver first-in-class customer service
- Coordinate all contract activities from project award stage to customer handover
- Provide regular updates on project progress
- Communicate with representatives concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling
- Perform construction process duties including managing billing, owner/contractor payments, vendor load up, and receivables
- Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years related elevator project management experience
- Experience in elevator/escalator industry preferred
- Familiarity with cost estimating
- Familiarity with scheduling
- Familiarity with contract administration
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business administration preferred or relevant experience
