Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects
Ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction on multiple new construction projects
Deliver first-in-class customer service
Coordinate all contract activities from project award stage to customer handover
Provide regular updates on project progress
Communicate with representatives concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling
Perform construction process duties including managing billing, owner/contractor payments, vendor load up, and receivables
Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years related elevator project management experience
Experience in elevator/escalator industry preferred
Familiarity with cost estimating
Familiarity with scheduling
Familiarity with contract administration
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business administration preferred or relevant experience
