About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting RFP/RFQ exercises for NE/MOD ROBUST contracts in collaboration with NAA field local offices
Presenting FSC determined material source & defined pricing proposals
Preparing purchase orders (PO) for ROBUST systems & sub-systems
Ensuring supplier compliance with Otis Terms and Conditions
Managing material logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
Compiling price proposals, financial reports, and analyses to support price reasonableness
Participating in process improvement activities for quality and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA in business, supply chain, or engineering
Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a supply chain function or Elevator Field experience
Experience in SDC
Experience in MOD eLog
Experience with Global JDE & associated systems (K2)
Proficiency in Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms, SmartSheet, Teams
Ability to read Engineering drawings & customer Elevator/Escalator specification documentation
Ability to work with various cross-functional groups (Sales, Supervisors, Project Managers, Engineering, Supplier Quality)
