About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducting RFP/RFQ exercises for NE/MOD ROBUST contracts in collaboration with NAA field local offices
  • Presenting FSC determined material source & defined pricing proposals
  • Preparing purchase orders (PO) for ROBUST systems & sub-systems
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with Otis Terms and Conditions
  • Managing material logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Compiling price proposals, financial reports, and analyses to support price reasonableness
  • Participating in process improvement activities for quality and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS or BA in business, supply chain, or engineering
  • Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a supply chain function or Elevator Field experience
  • Experience in SDC
  • Experience in MOD eLog
  • Experience with Global JDE & associated systems (K2)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms, SmartSheet, Teams
  • Ability to read Engineering drawings & customer Elevator/Escalator specification documentation
  • Ability to work with various cross-functional groups (Sales, Supervisors, Project Managers, Engineering, Supplier Quality)
