Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consider market segmentation and territorial allocation of sales executives
- Finalize sales strategies of MOD and BEX for each member
- Follow up on results
- Promote existing and new products to increase market coverage
- Liaise with Head Office to implement sales procedure policies and prices
- Review and analyze submission of special/major tenders
- Liaise with customers regularly on projects from enquiry to handover to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical/ Mechanical/Instrumentation
- MBA preferred with 10 to 12 years experience
- Data Management & Analytical skills
- Selling experience (Market Pulse)
- Understanding Industry Dynamics
- Team handling skills
