About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery through delivery
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions
Define success criteria for design initiatives in partnership with Product Management
Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate effectively within distributed and global teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines
Demonstrated success designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products
Proven experience working in complex environments involving dense data, multi-user workflows, administrative tools, or operational systems
Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
Fluency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design system contribution
Strong communication and presentation skills
