About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Align workplace services with enterprise strategies and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance, standardization, and full lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services
  • Support and manage relationships with key suppliers; drive service improvements and operational excellence
  • Standardize and support telecommunications operations and products
  • Use and maintain ServiceNow, including the CMDB, following Otis standards
  • Collaborate with global architecture and support teams
  • Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests within workplace services scope
  • Communicate technical issues clearly and assist in remediation activities
  • Participate in project planning and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ITIL certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong technical background and relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies (O365, Exchange, Lync/Skype, Teams)
  • English language proficiency
