Working Student, Communications
Otis Elevator Co.Communications student supporting Otis in Central Europe through content creation and event management. Collaborating with international teams in a hybrid work environment based in Berlin.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support communications for Otis in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine) and work closely with the Communications lead as well as an international team across EMEA & the Americas
- You will research topics and create content for internal and external channels
- You will propose topics and formats and help further develop our communications
- You will support the implementation of formats, e.g. video shoots, and help out wherever necessary
- You will prepare topics so they are understandable and relevant for different target audiences
- You will support the planning and execution of events
- You will upload content to the intranet and keep our platforms up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying Communications, Media, Journalism or a related field
- Some practical experience is an advantage — more important to us is that you want to contribute actively
- Excellent verbal and written German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Confident user of MS Office 365 (especially PowerPoint); experience with CMS, image editing and social media is welcome
- Self‑initiative and willingness to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
- Structured and reliable working style
