Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of field technology experience
Build strong relationships with business leaders and frontline teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Collaborate effectively across functions
Manage competing priorities with discipline and focus
Show business acumen and curiosity about field operations
Operate with independence and accountability
Ability to travel up to 25%
