About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead compensation strategy and program execution across U.S. and Canada
Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions related to hiring and promotions
Lead the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end compensation processes
Support administration and governance of quarterly incentive programs
Conduct job evaluations and role leveling for organizational design
Develop data-driven recommendations on base pay and incentive compensation
Ensure compliance of compensation practices with applicable laws and regulations
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or closely related analytical roles, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
Experience supporting compensation programs within a large, multinational, matrixed organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik
Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency considerations
