About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead compensation strategy and program execution across U.S. and Canada
- Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions related to hiring and promotions
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end compensation processes
- Support administration and governance of quarterly incentive programs
- Conduct job evaluations and role leveling for organizational design
- Develop data-driven recommendations on base pay and incentive compensation
- Ensure compliance of compensation practices with applicable laws and regulations
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or closely related analytical roles, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience supporting compensation programs within a large, multinational, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency considerations
