About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership for Spare Parts Center operations across Southeast Asia and Australia
Lead the transformation of regional Parts Centers
Design and implement standardized organizational structures
Execute the long‑term APAC Parts Center strategy
Lead end‑to‑end spare parts operations
Actively contribute as a member of the APAC Parts Center leadership team
Own P&L responsibility for SEA and Australia Parts Centers
Lead, develop, and grow the SEA and Australia Parts Center organizations
Manage existing business segments while identifying and developing new growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Parts, or Service operations
Proven experience managing multi‑site or multi‑country operations
Strong financial acumen; experience in P&L management
Demonstrated people leadership experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
