Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for site safety & ensuring “Zero Accidents-Zero Incidents”
Responsible for monitoring the execution of the projects through weekly review meetings
Ensures cost control towards achieving positive financial performance
Responsible for risk analysis and converting positive risks to opportunities
Ensures adherence of compliance requirements during execution & completion of the project
Monitors project milestones and triggers invoices with respect to work orders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline
10 - 15+ years of elevator industry experience preferred
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and good decision-making skills
Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects
