About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and execute strategic learning solutions
- Consult with sales and business leaders to identify performance gaps
- Execute against the current portfolio of learning priorities
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to design and deliver learning solutions
- Govern learning priorities and drive decisions across OUs
- Track and report program performance to senior leaders
- Support ongoing updates and enhancements to learning content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep consultative skills
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Ability to partner with SMEs
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal teams
- Strong data literacy
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leaders
- Proven ability to influence across functions and levels
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
- A/BS in Adult Learning, Business, Human Resources, or related field
