About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with MOD Operations and project supervisors to understand the logistics needs of each project
Manage workflow and verify production schedules to maintain seamless operations
Track and promptly resolve shipping errors or damage to ensure efficient field installation schedules
Review shipment materials before distribution to ensure everything is on schedule
Collaborate with transportation systems to facilitate prompt pick-ups and deliveries
Partner with supply chain operations to consistently meet and exceed customer demands
Track and report on-time delivery rates to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external partners
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
