About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming calls from commercial branches
- Analyze customer requests and escalate when necessary
- Provide first-level support to paying customers
- Categorize and log requests
- Provide updates on the status of ongoing requests
- Commit to achieving performance and quality objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational high school diploma (Bac professionnel), two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or BEP
- Strong verbal communication skills and experience handling complaints
- Proficient with computer systems, telephone tools and CRM software
- Customer-focused with active listening skills
