HR Business Partner – Switzerland

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement people strategies aligned with global and regional objectives
- Collaborate with business leaders on talent management and organizational design
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to attract and retain diverse talent
- Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and engagement processes
- Manage local labor and employee relations, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a member of the Swiss leadership team and other governance boards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree and/or Swiss Federal HR Diploma (eidgenössischer Fachausweis in Human Resources)
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, regulations, and HR practices
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, or mediation
- Knowledge of collective bargaining legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Experience with Workday
- Fluency in French and German
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong change management experience and a solid understanding of business and financial topics
- Willingness to travel between Swiss sites
