Digital Marketing, Communications Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regional marketing initiatives driving brand visibility, digital engagement, and sales enablement
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across LATAM including social media, SEO, and website management for 14 country sites
- Manage content creation, paid media campaigns and ensure brand compliance across all platforms
- Oversee CRM and lead generation activities, analyzing KPIs and optimizing performance using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics
- Support sales enablement through training programs, playbooks, and performance reporting
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and customers
- Analysis and monitoring of key KPIs/ROI for Digital Marketing project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, My Business), CRM systems, and content management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI and multimedia editing are a plus
- Creative, innovative, and hands-on professional with leadership and communication skills
