Project Manager

• Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule and within budget
• Ensure all technical & safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectations are met
• Deliver first-in-class customer service and adhere to Otis’ Absolutes
• Coordinate all contract activities from project award stage to customer handover and financial close
• Work closely with Otis sales and field operations to ensure successful project completion
• Provide regular updates on project progress to branch, regional and Sr. leadership
• Proactively communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects, and regulatory agencies
• Manage billing, payments, vendor load up and receivables
• Interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications
• Read and review architectural and structural drawings
