About the role
- You plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, performance ads)
- You develop and execute PR and press activities to increase market visibility
- You create content across the customer journey (e.g., LinkedIn posts, website, newsletters, sales materials)
- You handle copywriting for various formats and target audiences in a B2B context
- You develop and manage newsletter and mailing formats
- You support building personal branding, particularly for the CEO
- You work on structuring and further developing our marketing setup (processes, tools, channels)
- You contribute your own ideas and act as a sparring partner for marketing strategy and positioning
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a product or tech environment
- Experience in PR and press relations
- Strong sense for content and proficiency in copywriting for different formats
- Practical experience with LinkedIn marketing
- Confident using CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
- Strong communication skills in German and good English
- Nice to have: experience in the energy/greentech/proptech sectors
