Performance Marketing

• Execute campaigns: support the research, build, launch, and optimization of paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Drive results: monitor budget pacing and key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS) and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze results: pull and interpret performance data, helping connect insights back to client goals - communicating in a clear, effective manner.
• Test & iterate: assist with bidding, keyword, audience, and creative testing to support the continuous improvement of results.
• Collaborate: work closely with Senior Associates, Account Directors, and creative partners to contribute to integrated client outcomes.
• Maintain quality: ensure accuracy in campaign builds, budgets, and reporting.
