About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create learning journeys that deliver real results for learners and businesses
Collaborate with content experts, HR, and leadership
Help design digital and in-person training
Map learning needs and propose instructional solutions
Design learning paths, courses, and learning objects (e-learning, videos, guides, etc.)
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Script content for digital and in-person formats
Produce or oversee the production of materials using authoring tools
Define assessment strategies and monitor learning outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (content, tech, communications)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as an Instructional Designer
Experience designing online (e-learning) and/or blended courses
Knowledge of adult education methodologies (andragogy) and active learning
Ability to script content for video, e-learning, podcasts, or written materials
Proficiency with presentation and content organization tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
Strong written communication skills and ability to engage with subject matter experts across functions
Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, iSpring, or similar)
Previous experience in EdTech, corporate universities, or training consultancies
Understanding of UX Writing and learner-centered design
Portfolio of instructional projects (learning paths, courses, scripts, storyboards).
