Support leaders in managing change within their areas.
Monitor adoption metrics and recommend adjustments.
Serve as an ambassador for a culture of continuous change.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Change Management on medium- to large-scale projects.
Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
Ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
Experience in digital, process, or organizational transformation projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, using clear and accessible language.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, ACMP).
Prior experience in consulting or in agile environments.
Experience with culture and engagement programs or people analytics.
Experience working in large organizations or multinational environments.
