About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Perform pre-sales: qualify leads and identify needs.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Log interactions and updates in the CRM.
- Send commercial proposals and follow up on responses.
- Support funnel organization and sales reporting.
- Contribute ideas to improve scripts and approaches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple contacts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Web).
- Experience with inside sales or pre-sales (SDR).
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., RD Station, Pipedrive, HubSpot).
- Basic persuasion, negotiation, or consultative-selling techniques.
- Interest in building a career in sales.
