Manage and coordinate projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches, following PMBOK best practices.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, foster team engagement, and remove impediments that impact deliveries.
Serve as the link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and transparency on progress.
Monitor performance indicators and team progress, proposing continuous improvements to processes and practices.
Manage project risks, costs, scope, and quality, maintaining focus on value delivery.
Support the evolution of teams' agile maturity by encouraging learning, collaboration, and adaptation.
Prepare and lead status report meetings, ensuring clarity and objectivity in the information presented.
Proactively identify dependencies and resolve blockers to maintain an efficient workflow.
