About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Prospect and convert new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and sales materials.
  • Provide feedback and valuable insights to continuously improve our products and services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology, IT infrastructure, and Data Center sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with complex sales processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, and Data Center solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools and strong analytical skills.
