About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Prospect and convert new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Manage the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and sales materials.
- Provide feedback and valuable insights to continuously improve our products and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology, IT infrastructure, and Data Center sectors.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with complex sales processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, and Data Center solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese.
- Solid knowledge of CRM tools and strong analytical skills.
