Key responsibilities & impact
  • Intern in a growing Human Resources team with room to test ideas, learn quickly, and develop across different People & Culture areas.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes (screening, candidate outreach, scheduling interviews).
  • Support initiatives related to workplace climate, employee engagement, and internal communications.
  • Assist with document management, personnel records, and organizing employee data.
  • Support trainings, onboarding of new hires, and internal events.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and HR metrics.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the employee experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day (during regular business hours).
  • Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job platforms, or online assessment tools.
  • Participation in academic projects, junior consulting companies, or student organizations.
  • Interest in topics such as organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
