About the role
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fleet clients
- Conduct regular client check-ins (phone, email, and in-person visits)
- Perform local drop-bys and relationship visits to fleet-based businesses
- Identify new fleet opportunities through networking and outreach
- Assist with onboarding new fleet service accounts
- Expand services within existing accounts (mobile, shop, graphics, etc.)
- Coordinate with Service Managers and internal teams
- Track client activity and opportunities in company systems
- Support growth of Fleet Graphix through existing fleet relationships
- Represent OTC professionally in the local business community
Requirements
- Strong people skills and professional communication
- Relationship-driven (not aggressive or pushy)
- Comfortable with light outreach and in-person visits
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, fleet, service, logistics, or automotive preferred
- Mature, trustworthy, and organized
