About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage all daily operational functions including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and store readiness.
- Ensure consistent execution of company operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand presentation.
- Lead coordination of store scheduling, floor coverage, and task delegation to maximize productivity and service levels.
- Manage the store's physical environment, including safety compliance and maintenance requests.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, making real-time decisions to support the business and team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5+ years of retail operations management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software, SAP, and Excel
- Knowledge of RFID system is a plus
- Strong understanding of retail inventory management, POS systems, and back-of-house operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
