About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all retail store locations and the corporate office
  • Oversees facility operations, manages vendor and contractor relationships
  • Partners with Store Management to support business objectives
  • Communicates clearly with cross-functional partners on timelines, budgets, and business impact
  • Negotiates with vendors and contractors to expedite projects
  • Exercises sound judgment to prioritize urgent needs across stores and corporate office
  • Plans day-to-day and annual maintenance workflows
  • Establishes priorities and objectives for upcoming projects
  • Engages vendors and contractors to meet deadlines cost-effectively
  • Maintains working knowledge of health, safety, building, and fire code requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager and/or Project Manager in a retail, luxury retail, or service-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong budget management, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP preferred
  • Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
  • Strong knowledge of Service Channel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application, with proof of eligibility provided upon request.
