About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and design interior design concepts consistent with the brand's positioning and identity, for stores, showrooms and corporate spaces globally;
- Translate brand identity guidelines into distinctive spatial concepts, adapting them to local specificities (market, culture, regulations, space dimensions);
- Collaborate with external architecture firms and regional teams, interior design studios and general contractors, ensuring fidelity to the approved concept;
- Update and evolve the design manual / store concept guidelines, balancing global identity with local adaptation;
- Participate in the prototyping process of new furniture and design components, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and functional standards;
- Follow specific projects on site when necessary, supporting the implementation phase and verifying adherence to design intent and technical requirements;
- Support in managing the full project lifecycle for store openings, restyling and renovations globally (planning, budgeting, execution, handover);
- Monitor budgets, timelines and procurement plans, ensuring adherence to costs and deadlines;
- Identify and mitigate project risks (technical, regulatory, on-site), ensuring compliance with local safety, accessibility and fire-code regulations;
- Support in monitoring project KPIs (time, cost, quality);
- Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple countries/regions in parallel, with differing priorities and levels of complexity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of retail-focused experience, preferably in the Fashion Industry
- Result-driven mindset and problem solving attitude
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, Suite Adobe. The knowledge of other tools will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; the knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
