About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure overall daily management of the store

Requirements
What you’ll need- Brand ambassador passionate about premium denim and Diesel culture
- Strong management and communication skills
- Previous store management experience in a modern luxury or premium retail environment
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships
- Proven experience managing and achieving KPIs and commercial objectives in a complex environment
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and strong product sensibility
- Digital fluency and openness to new ways of working
- Ability to interact effectively with an international clientele
- Passion for the Diesel brand, its products and heritage
- Autonomy, results‑oriented mindset and strong ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages (Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are a significant advantage.
